I've never been much of a Megadeth fan (in fact, I'm pretty much a n00b), but this looks mind-blowing. Need to download 8)

One question though. Is this the complete show?

One song appears to have been left on the cutting room floor. I cannot remember which one offhand. Other than that, complete show.

Interest in this torrent is picking up slowly but surely. For the first 12 hours I was worried I had dropped a dud.

The song not aired was "Sweating Bullets." Not sure why.

Awesome, Pres!! I've been listening to Megadeth a lot lately, I must have heard the Peace Sells... cd about a dozen times over the past month. Thanks for the hard work, man.

Shawn Drover (the drummer) has just confirmed there is no official release planned of the show at this time. So if you were holding off waiting for an official release, you might want to re-think that. :) However, in the event of an official release, I know we will all buy it anyway. :rockout

Awesome upload Jason. I love Megadeth.

I was really focused on Drover's approach to the kit.

Is he left handed?

I played this dvd to a few die hards and they were blown away by it.

Not sure. The way he plays the hi-hat and ride cymbal you would think so, but his wikipedia entry leaves it in the air:

Quote:
As opposed to many drummers, who cross over their sticks to play the hi-hat with their right hand and snare with their left hand, Shawn instead keeps time with his left hand, keeps a ride cymbal on the left side of his set, and relegates his right hand for snare drum hits (similar to Mike Bordin). Although the role of each hand is reversed, he still begins rolls and downbeats on rhythms played on other drums with his right hand, as do many right-handed drummers.

I'm a big Megadeth fan and since I have Comcast I was unable to see this show. Big thanks for bringing this to those of us who did not have a chance to see it!
